Define a default type of activity

Hello

Important to avoid each time Inwant start push-up to scroll on last type « free pushups ».

On parameters we should activate a default type of exercice in order to get it instantly.

    Hi Tom, this will be fixed in the next release. The programs will be sorted by how many times you did which program within the last 2 weeks. So if you always do free push ups it will be in the first position all the time.
