Hey I want to ask for like a free version but with limitations so I don't have to pay,I know it's a lot to ask but sometimes there are teenagers like myself just trying to work out and don't have any money. And could you add some detection of knee pushups so it says how many normal and how many knee pushups I did please?

    There will be a free workout program in the next update which will probably still be available in december
